In July 2025, Heather offered a 3-part workshop Effective Complaint Handling series focused on practical strategies for managing complaints fairly and effectively:

- “Dealing with a Case Backlog: Strategies for Success,” offering tips to manage complaint backlogs; and
- “Anonymous Complaints: Risks & Rewards,” covering strategies for handling anonymous complaints.
